To ensure the longevity and quality of your garments, we recommend treating each piece with care. Since our collections frequently feature delicate fibers like Baby Alpaca and Alpaca, as well as Cotton and Synthetic blends, we advise the following general guidelines:

• Alpaca & Baby Alpaca: We highly recommend professional dry cleaning or very gentle hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Always lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape. Do not wring or twist.
• Cotton & Synthetic Blends: These can typically be machine-washed on a cold, gentle cycle.
• General Rule: Avoid bleaching and tumble drying. For the most accurate care, please always refer to the specific care label attached to the inside of your garment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges based on standard industry practices:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• All garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Please note: Made-to-order items may be subject to final sale or specific return conditions. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer care team, and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Shipping timelines depend on the current availability of your selected piece:

• In-Stock Items: If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched directly from our Milan warehouse. You can expect delivery within 1 week.
• Made-to-Order Items: If the item is currently out of stock and marked as made-to-order, it will be specially crafted for you. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for the full production and shipping process from Peru.
